Building Description
Rental Rates: 1 Bedroom Units: 30% of Income, 2 Bedroom Units: Range from $1,512-$1,845. 3 Bedroom Units: Range from $1,663-$2,033.
Minimum Income Requirement 2X the rent. Requires a deposit of 1X. Income Restrictions: Units are set aside for households at 50% Area Media Income (AMI) and 80% AMI. Not wheelchair accessible. Accepting Online Applications starting Monday, December 11, 2023 – January 2, 2024 for vacant units and to join the waitlist at http://housing.acgov.org For assistance, please contact (510) 420-1140 TTY: (415) 345-4470. Triangle Court is located at 1063 – 45th Street, Emeryville, CA 94608. For in-person inquiries, please go to The Ambassador offices located at: 3610 Peralta Street, Emeryville, CA 94608. All applications must be completed online, but will accept printed applications as a reasonable accommodation request. Income Limits and Rent Amounts are subject to change.
Amenities: A beautiful courtyard area, Laundry Room, Community Room with Kitchen, One Assigned Parking Space per unit. Services Offered: Residents are authorized to own or otherwise maintain common household pets within the resident’s dwelling unit, subject to applicable state laws and local government ordinances related to public health, animal control, and animal anticruelty.
