The waiting list for Studio and 1-Bedroom units at Strawberry Creek Lodge opens on August 14, 2024, at 9:00 AM.
Eligibility
To be eligible, the applicant must be 62 years or older at the time of application.
Applications will be available to submit online. Please visit www.sahahomes.org/apply for more information. A valid email address is required to apply online. Online applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on August 21, 2024.
Paper applications will be available to pick up and drop off at 1320 Addison Street, Berkeley, CA 94702 at the following times:
· Monday, August 19, 2024, 9:00 am to 3:30 pm
· Tuesday, August 20, 2024, 9:00 am to 3:30 pm
· Wednesday, August 21, 2024, 9:00 am to 3:30 pm
Paper applications will also be available online to print. Paper applications must be mailed to: 1320 Addison Street, Attn: Property Manager, Berkeley, CA 94702. Paper applications must be postmarked by August 14, 2024 AND received by the manager's office by 5:00 PM on August 21, 2024.
