Building Description
No Credit Check Required. This facility operates on a daily basis. Daily rates are $65 per night for singles; $110 per night for doubles. Maximum stay: 13 days, if room is needed longer, check out in 48 hours from out of the building, and check availability again. Must pay total balance up front when checking in. Individual rooms with a shared bathroom. Restricted access to kitchen; use of gym facilities (sauna, pool etc.). For those interested in a long term residency, clients should e-mail manager to check on other vendor pay, vouchers, and availabilities. Tenants must be 18 years or older and have a valid picture ID card or Passport, no children. Call between 8 am - 10 am; Monday - Friday. Just steps from shopping, restaurants, theaters, BART and the University of California, Berkeley.
