1 Bdrm Apt - Rent $1000. Deposit $1000. WAIT LIST OPEN ONLY and ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS. Evictions OK. Senior Housing for 55 yrs. of Age and over. Residents participate in management through resident elected board of directors. Tenants are accepted and approved by the Board of Directors. Applications are available at the office. Hours are 9 am - 5 pm, Monday - Thursday Units include stove, refrigerator.
