Building Description
Minimum Income Requirement 2X the rent. Maximum income below 60% AMI. 16 units are Wheelchair Accessible. Units include electric stove, refrigerator, hard surface and carpet flooring, and garbage disposal, some units have dishwashers, Coin-op laundry onsite. Onsight parking is available but subject to waitlist, Onsight resident services. Applications due 7/06/2021 at 4:30pm. Paper applications can be downloaded from the online portal. The Leasing Office will not have paper applications available but will accept completed applications submitted by mail or drop-off during office hours (M - F from 9am - 4:30pm) .
