Building Description
Must be Age 62 or Over. Monthly income must be below 30% AMI. Requires a deposit of $1X. WAIT LIST CLOSED. Units include lower shelves, lower peep holes, poles and rails in larger bathrooms, lower mirrors and sinks, also wheelchair accessible closets. Non-mandatory food program (includes 5 evening meals weekly), if they choose to participate. Smoking allowed only in apartment and not in common areas. Van provided for some transportation needs, depending on income. Not wheelchair accessible. Coin operated laundry onsite. Parking is assigned with valid D/L, registration, and insurance. Total of 95 units in bldg.
