The City of Pleasanton, in coordination with Eaves Pleasanton, is opening the Waiting List for the One-Bedroom and Two-Bedroom Below Market Rate (BMR) units at Eaves Pleasanton located at 3650 Andrews Drive, Pleasanton, CA 94588.
The Waiting List will be open for Pre-Applications beginning
Friday, August 15th through September 12th, 2025 at 5:00 pm.
Applicants will be required to submit a Pre-Application for placement on the Waiting List. Please click on the waitlist application link below.
A pre-application lottery process will be administered to determine the Waiting List order for the One-Bedroom and Two-Bedroom BMR units, per the City Preference System for Pleasanton residents and employees for City-assisted affordable housing developments.
Applicants must meet the maximum income limits and household size requirements below.

Min. Income Requirement: Inquire. Wheelchair access on lower level 1 bedroom units. Units include: 1bath, stackable washer & dryer. 2 bedroom upstairs units have fireplace. Carport or garage available. Complex includes 2 pools, 2 hot tubs and a fitness center. Total of 69 units. * Move in rents for voucher holders may be based upon the current HUD published Section 8 FMR. *Rents subject to change at anytime without notice. Apartments contain FHA compliant features for persons with disabilities.
- Eaves Pleasanton Residents are responsible for gas, electric, sewer, water, phone, cable, internet and renter’s insurance. Renter’s Insurance is required. Additional fees for parking and pets may apply.
