Building Description
Requires an income of 3X the amount of rent. Deposit is $1000 on approved credit. The higher priced units are "cottages" with vaulted ceilings and yards. Units include: 1 bath, stove, refrigerator, garbage disposal, dishwasher and microwave in some units, coin operated laundry facility onsite, pool, barbecue area, fitness room, one parking space per unit. The Cottage 1 Bedrooms are wheelchair accessible.
