Building Description
Application Processing fee is $35 non-refundable (cash only) per adult. Requires income of 2.5x the rent. May accept co-signer. Does not accept Section 8. Does not accept Vendor Pay. Requires established positive credit and rental history. Will work with bankruptcies over 4 years old but must pay double deposit. Resident must be able to pay rent no later than the 3rd of each month. Requires a deposit of 1X the amount of rent. This is a large, lovely house with 1 bath, drapes, carpets, formal dining room, built in china cabinet, breakfast nook, new electric stove, refrigerator, covered patio, large laundry room with washer/dryer hookup. Cable access, 2-car garage, common yard shared (residents to maintain). Tenant pays utilities. No pets.
