Credit Check Fee is $35. No specific income Requirements (call for more information). Does not accept co-signer. Does not accept Section 8. Does not accept Vendor Pay. Will not work with Rental Assistance Programs (RAP). Requires a deposit of 1X the amount of rent. Unit includes one bath, stove, refrigerator, and carpet. Parking available for extra charge. 1-year lease required. Garbage, Water are paid. Near Public Transportation and UC Berkeley campus. No pets. Call K&S at 528-1900.
