Building Description
Credit Check Fee is $20. No specific income requirements. Accepts co-signer. Accepts Section 8. Accepts Vendor Pay. Will not work with any previous evictions. Requires a deposit of 2X the amount of rent, which includes last months rent and deposit. Will work with Rental Assistance Programs (RAP). Unit includes stove and refrigerator. Fenced yard. All utilities are paid by tenant. No laundry facilities on site, but there is a laundry mat approx. 3 blks away. One parking space per unit. Near Public Transportation. Birds, Cats, Dogs are allowed. Owner speaks French, Italian and Spanish.
