1, 2 and 3 bdrm. Apt. Dep.1-bdrm: $400 | 2-bdrm: $500 | 3-bdrm: $600 | All deposit amounts are with approved credit. Min. Income 2.5X rent. Wheelchair No. There is a $250 Holding Deposit. Units include: Bath, some units have 2 baths, stove, refrigerator, disposal and dishwasher. Gated access. 1 assigned carport per unit. Club house, fitness center, racquetball courts, swimming pools, children's play area, spa and hot tub.
