7 Unit Apt. Deposit is 1X the amount of rent. Min. income requirement Case by Case. Not Wheelchair accessible on upstairs level. Unit includes 1 baths, refrigerator, stove. Off-street parking available. No laundry facilities onsite, but a laundromat is approx 1/2 block from property. Lawn service and pest control paid by landlord.
