Furnished Room includes: curtains, hardwood flooring, walk-in closet, lamp. No Bed. Rent includes Transportation and Administration of Medications, if needed. There is on-street parking. If board and care, transportation, food ands meds - rent will be $1000 and deposit will be $1,000.
