Building Description
Minimum Income Requirement 2X the rent and max income of 60% AMI. Wheelchair Accessible units. Requires a deposit of 1X the amount of rent. (Rent rates may vary). NO VACANCY. WAIT LIST OPEN UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED ONLINE ONLY AT https://edenhousing.org/properties/cypress-glen/ Each unit includes: 1 bath for 1 bedroom, 2 baths for 3 bedroom, Onsite laundry facility, playground. Security Gate, Assigned parking and street parking.
- Water and Garbage are paid.
- Credit Check Fee is $35.
- Section 8 Welcome.

- Does not accept Cosigner.
