Mandela Gateway is accepting applications for their Public Housing Authority Project Based Voucher Waitlist. This is a separate Waitlist from the March 2024 Waitlist.
No Minimum Income Requirement. Maximum Income Requirements from 30% to 50% AMI's. Wheelchair-Yes. Apply online at housing.acgov.org or download paper application. APPLICATIONS ARE DUE BY AUGUST 26, 2024 at 5:00 P.M. Units include: Bath, All Electric Kitchens, Stove, Refrigerator, Garbage Disposal, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer Hookups. Some units with Deck/Patio. Amenities: Community Room w/ Kitchen, Computer Lab, Laundry Facilities, Elevators, Two Children's Play Areas, Courtyard, Assigned Covered Garage and Carport Parking (some units), Gated Property, Courtesy Patrol, Onsite Professional Management. Key fob accessible, garage/gate remotes.
