Building Description
Monthly income must be below 60% AMI and depending on how many people live in the unit. Some units are wheelchair accessible. NO VACANCY. WAIT LIST OPEN. RENT & DEPOSIT AMOUNTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. Unit includes: Stove, Refrigerator. 1 and 2 Bdrms have 1 bath, 3 and 4 Bdrms have 2 baths. 2,3,4 Bedrooms have Washer/Dryer.
- Water, Garbage & Sewer paid.
- Credit Check Fee is $35.
- Section 8 Welcome.
