Eligibility
ALL household members must be 62 years or older at the time of application.
The waiting list for Tax-Credit studio, 1, and 2-bedroom units at Helios Corner opens on March 6, 2024 at 9:00 AM. Applications will be available to submit online. Please visit www.sahahomes.org/apply for more information. Online applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on March 13, 2024. Paper applications will also be available to pick up and drop off at the property at the following times:
- Thursday, March 7, 2024, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm
- Monday, March 11, 2024, 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm
Paper applications will also be available online to print. Paper applications must be mailed to the address listed on the application. Paper applications must be postmarked by March 13, 2024 AND received by the manager's office by 5:00 PM on March 20, 2024.
A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. All applications will be placed on the waiting list for consideration. The 24-hour support phone line will open on March 6, 2024 at 9:00 AM and close on March 13, 2024 at 5:00 PM. Please call (844) 714-5760 for assistance.

Helios Corner is an 80-unit affordable housing community for low-income seniors and seniors with special needs. Featuring a large photovoltaic system and a hydroponic heating system.
- Garbage, Water, are paid.
- No Credit Check Fee.
- Section 8 Welcome.
