Income must be $25,000 maximum for (ELI) extremely low income units and Income must be $50,000 maximum for (VLI) very low income units. Wheelchair accessible. Must be Age 60 or Over. WAIT LIST OPEN FOR BMR UNITS. THIS IS FOR ASSISTED LIVING ONLY - PLEASE CALL TO INQUIRE RENTAL AMOUNTS - RENT/DEPOSIT AMOUNTS VARY & ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. 33 BMR units for Seniors 60+ needing assisted living. Must provide proof of income to qualify. All units include partial kitchenettes with mini refrigerators, microwaves, and sinks. Walk-in showers, full bathroom totally handicapped accessible. Utilities included with rent. There are 10 ELI units and 23 VLI units. Three meals a day, weekly housekeeping, transportation and assistance with daily living such as bathing, dressing, medication management or ambulation.
