No Evictions. Does not work with Rental Assistance Program (RAP). Units include: bath and fully equipped kitchens. Amenities: Beautiful community gardens, coin-operated laundry rooms onsite, elevators. Near mass transportation, stores, health care providers and Chinatown. Applications are ranked by a lottery; this is NOT A 1ST COME 1ST SERVE basis. You will be informed of your wait list position within 60 days.
