Eligibility Waiting List Open
Head of household must be at least 18 years or older, or legally emancipated at the time of application.
The waiting list for studio, 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units at Madison at 14th opens on December 6, 2023 at 9:00 AM.
Applications will be available to submit online. Online applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on December 13, 2023. Paper applications will also be available to pick up and drop off at the property at the following times:
- December 7, 2023 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
- December 12, 2023 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm
Paper applications will also be available online to print. Paper applications must be mailed to the address listed on the application. Paper applications must be postmarked by December 13, 2023 AND received by the manager’s office by 5:00 PM on December 20, 2023.
A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. The top 200 applications will be placed on the waiting list for consideration. The 24-hour support phone line will open on December 6, 2023 at 9:00 AM and close on December 13, 2023 at 5:00 PM. Please call (844) 921-1902 for assistance.

Studios, 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units. Not strictly based on 30% – 60% of income. Deposits based on income. Do Not Use Whiteout on applications. Wheelchair inquire. Includes: Bath, stove, and refrigerator. Photovoltaic solar panels to provide energy needed for lighting and heating the common areas, community room and social service space. Due to limited parking, parking available if car is needed due to disability and/or economic hardship. Total of 79 Units.
- Credit Check Fee is a nonrefundable $20, if considered for housing.
