Must be Age 62 or Over. Monthly income must be below 30% AMI. Credit Check Fee is $0. Requires a deposit of $1X. Wheelchair Yes. WAIT LIST CLOSED. 7 of the units include lower shelves, lower peep holes, poles and rails in larger bathrooms, lower mirrors and sinks, also wheelchair accessible closets. Non-mandatory food program (includes 5 evening meals weekly), if they choose to participate. Van provided for some transportation needs, depending on income. Coin operated laundry onsite. Parking is assigned with valid D/L, registration, and insurance. No Smoking.
