Building Description
Credit Check Fee is $35. No specific income requirements. Does not accept Section 8. Vendor Pay workable through K&S when necessary. Will not work with previous evictions. Deposit is $2,300. May work with Rental Assistance Program (RAP). Unit includes: 1 bath, stove, hardwood floors, blinds, gas heat, living room, dining area, parking may be available w/extra fee and laundry facility in next door building. Garbage, Water are paid. Near schools and shops. Near Public Transportation. No pets. For showing need valid I.D. Need refundable key deposit or credit card: $20 for 2 sets of keys and $40 for 4 sets of keys.
