Building Description
Apts - Deposit is 1X rent amount. Minimum Income Requirement is 3X amount of rent for household collectively. Not wheelchair accessible. Contact K and S Company at (510) 528-1900 or apply online at https://www.kands.com. Unit includes 1 bath, stove/range, refrigerator, hardwood floors, blinds, living room/dining area. Parking maybe available for an extra $100 a month. Garden Area, Coin-Operated Laundry Onsite. Refundable key deposit or credit card: $20 for 2 sets of keys and $40 for 4 sets of keys for showings. Multiple languages available at K & S. One Year Lease.
