Building Description
NO VACANCY. WAIT LIST OPEN for Studio, 1, 2 and 3 Bedroom Units. Online Pre-Applications will be available on September 22, 2022. Apply online at http://housing.acgov.org or download a Paper Application and submit completed application by US Mail to 1388 Sutter St., 11th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94109.
Income requirement 2X the rent. Please refer to income limits (subject to change) and rents (subject to change) listed on website at housing.acgov.org. Inquire regarding Wheelchair Access. All units include bath, stove, refrigerator, formaldehyde-free insulation and cabinets, Energy Star appliances, environmentally friendly carpeting and flooring, radiant heating. Amenities: On-site property management; Community room with high-speed internet computers available for resident’s use; an outdoor plaza with a community garden, and on-site laundry room. Additionally, there are 41 parking spaces for rent (additional fees apply) and free bicycle storage. On-site service coordination will include referral and networking to local service providers as well as direct services such as computer training, community meetings, and youth activities.
