Building Description
Rent 30% of Income. Deposit 1Xs the rent. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT ANY REFERRALS MEET THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS OF 50% AMI and HEAD OF HOUSEHOLD MUST HAVE A DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITY. A developmental disability occurs before age 22 and includes a mental or physical impairment or a combination of both. There must be a substantial limitation in three or more of these major life areas: self-care; expressive or receptive language; learning; mobility; capacity for independent living; economic self-sufficiency; or self-direction. NO VACANCIES. BUT CAN APPLY TO GET ON WAIT LIST. All units include: 1 bath, stove, refrigerator, garbage disposal, onsite laundry facility, off-street parking on first come-first serve basis. Wheelchair accessible. Total of 11 units. Income requirement is 50% or below AMI. Must have a disability. Supportive services will be available to qualifying individuals with developmental disabilities through the Regional Center of the East Bay
