Income requirement is 2X the amount of rent, unless Section 8 - No Min. Income Requirement. Wheelchair accessible on all floors. NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS. THE LIST WILL BE CLOSED ON FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 8, 2023 at 5:00 PM. Waitlists Open for Tax Credit and PBV Units. APPLY ONLINE - Pre-Applications can be obtained at http://housing.acgov.org Paper Applications are available at the leasing office at 555 19th Street, Oakland, CA 94612. Requires a deposit of 1X the amount of rent, unless Section 8. Deposit for Section 8 is $500. Unit includes Bath, Stove, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Disposal. Amenities: Fitness Room, Computer Learning Center, Community Room with Kitchen, On-Site Support Services, Assigned Covered Parking, Bicycle Storage Area.

1 Person: $3,022 per month and $36,260 per year; 2 Person: $3,453 per month and $41,440 per year; 3 Person: $3,885 per month and $46,620 per year; 4 Person: $4,314 per month and $51,765 per year; 5 Person: $4,661 per month and $55,930 per year; 6 Person: $5,005 per month and $60,060 per year; 7 Person: $5,349 per month and $64,190 per year.
