Requires a minimum income of $3837 and a maximum income below 60% AMI. Credit Check Fee is $33. Accepts Section 8. Does not accept Vendor Pay. Does not accept cosigner. No Evictions. Requires a deposit of $1X. Does not work with Rental Assistance Program (RAP). Units include: 1 bath for 2 Bedrooms and 2 baths for 3 Bedrooms, stove, refrigerator, onsite laundry facility, carport per unit, community room. Garbage, Water are paid. Near public transportation. No pets. Near schools and shops. A few units are wheelchair accessible. Total of 65 units.
