Seniors 55+. Rent is 30% of Income. Deposit for 1 Bedrooms is $500 and $700 for 2 Bedrooms. No Minimum Income Requirements. Maximum Income should be 50%AMI and below. Wheelchair - Yes. Apply Online at https://housing.acgov.org/listing or Dowload the Paper Application. Can also pick up an application at 989 Brush Street, Oakland 94607 between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. First Come/First Serve basis. Preference is given to at least one adult member of household reside within the city of Oakland, Displaced Household with one adult member displaced from an Oakland housing unit, or a household member with OHA Project-Based Voucher Program. Units includes: Stove, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, Community room, Laundry Facilities, Free Internet, Gated Entry Access, Landscaped Areas, imited garage parking, and On-Site Management.
