Building Description
Credit Check Fee is $30. Maximum income limit is 60% of AMI. Do not accept Section 8. Do not accepts Vendor Pay. Do not accept cosigner. On case by case bases, may work with previous evictions. Requires a deposit 1X the amount . Will not work with Rental Assistance Program (RAP). All units include: stove, refrigerator. Coin-operated laundry facility onsite. Rent ranges are: Studios - $513 to $1024; 1 Bdrms - $548 to $1,097 Total units 25. Garbage, Water are paid. Not near public transportation. No pets. Not wheelchair accessible. MAIL APPLICATIONS ONLY. NO DROP OFF OR FAXES ACCEPTED
