Building Description
Credit Check Fee is $25. No specific income requirements. Accepts Section 8. Accepts Vendor Pay. Accepts cosigner. Will not work with previous evictions. Deposits are $!,200 for upstairs larger unit and $1,000 for downstairs unit. Will work with Rental Assistance Program (RAP). Units include: 1 bath, stove, refrigerator, large deck, gated yard, parking is on the street. Larger unit also has granite countertops, laminate wood in bedrooms, tile in kitchen and bath. Smaller downstairs unit have new appliances, washer/dryer hookup and owner will accept a 2 Bdrm Section 8 Voucher. Units are near schools and shops. Near Public Transportation. Bird, Cat, Dog are allowed. Owner speaks Greek.
