Contact No.: (925) 252-9296. Must be Emancipated Youth. Monthly income must be below 20% AMI. Must be Homeless. Minimum income 2.5X the rent. Wheelchair accessible. NO VACANCY. WAIT LIST OPEN. Wait Period is 5 Years. RENT, DEPOSIT & INCOME ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Unit includes: Bath, Inquiring regarding appliances. Amenities: community room, resident picnic/bbq patio, computer lab, two large children’s play areas, and on-site laundry facilities. On-site service coordination will include referral and networking to local service providers as well as direct services such as computer training, community meetings, and youth activities.
20% AMI BMR Units for low-income household, or individuals who are considered as "homeless youth" (as defined by Government Code 11139.3). "Homeless Youth" means either of the following: a.) A person who is at least 18 years of age, but not older than 24 yrs of age; has run away from home. b.) A person who is less than 18yrs of age who is emancipated pursuant to Part 6 of Div. 1 of the Family Code & who is homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Income must be 50% of median income or below. Total Units: 71.
