NO VACANCY. WAIT LIST OPEN. Wait Period is 5 Years. Minimum Income requirement is 2.5Xs the amount of rent, and Maximum Income Limit is 60% of AMI. Rent ranges are (subject to change): 2 Bdrms $711- $1264; 3 Bdrms $821-$1460; and 4 Bdrms $915-$1628. May work with Rental Assistance Program (RAP). Unit includes: 2 Bedroom 1.5 Bath, 3 and 4 Bedrooms 2 baths. Amenities includes dishwasher, washer/dryer in unit. Community amenities include Boys & Girls Club, community room, & playground. Services provided: •After school program - recreational, social, and educational group activities; tutoring Community events, Financial literacy program, Group activities for adults, Information & referral. There are a total of 74 units.
