Credit Check Fee is $40 per adult. Requires an income of 2Xs the amount of rent for non-voucher tenants. Income requirement for voucher holders must be 50% to 60% of AMI. Accepts Section 8. Does not accept Vendor Pay. Does not accept Cosigner. Will not work with previous evictions. Deposit is 1X the amount of rent. Will work with Rental Assistance Program (RAP). Units includes: 1 Bath, Stove, Refrigerator, Garbage Disposal, onsite laundry facility. Heat, Garbage, Water are paid. Near Public Transportation. Near schools and shops. Inquire regarding Pets.
