WAIT LIST OPEN for the Studio Unit. APPLY ONLINE at https://edenhousing.org/properties/the-fireside/ RENT AMOUNTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Units include: 1 bath, stove, refrigerator, heating, garbage disposal. There is indoor and outdoor parking.
Wheelchair accessible at senior building – Units with 2nd & 3rd floors have elevators.

- Credit Check Fee is $35.
