Applications will also be available online to print. You can download an application to print by going to Apply for Housing - SAHA, click our housing and scroll down to Kenneth Henry Court. It gives you the option to download applications which you can print.
Paper applications must be mailed to the address listed on the application. Applications submitted by mail must be received by the manager’s office by 5:00 PM on April 29, 2026.
A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. The top 500 applications will be
placed on the waiting list for consideration. If additional applications are needed, we reserve the right to
process the next applications in lottery order.

- Utilities paid: Please inquire.
- Credit Check is Required-No Fee.
