Building Description
Rent 30% of Income. Deposit 1X the rent. No minimum income requirement. Some units are Wheelchair accessible. NO VACANCY. WAIT LIST OPEN. Unit includes: Bath, Stove, Refrigerator, Each apartment is approximately 580 square feet with one bedroom, one bathroom, living room, kitchen and dining area, Central heat and air conditioning, and a porch. Amenities: Bocce Ball Court, Community planters, Community room with kitchen, Landscaped courtyard, On-site laundry, On-site maintenance, On-site management, Parking space(s), Relaxed seating under redwood trees. On site supportive services staff will assist residents one-on-one and in groups to create supportive programming which encourages community building and self-reliance. These programs include information and referral to health services, educational presentations and social activities.
