Income requirement 30% to 45% of AMI or below. 25 Units are set aside for HACA wait list. Income Requirement is 2X the amount of rent. Deposits 1X the rent. Wheelchair accessible units available. Units Includes: Energy efficient stove, refrigerator, dishwasher. Featuring: community room w/kitchen, garage parking and community gardens, computer lab, tot lot and play area, onsite after school programs, onsite resident services and events. 100 BMR units of affordable 1, 2 and, 3 Bdrm apartments
