Maximum Income Limit is $38,500 for 1 Person. Deposit is 1X the amount of rent.Three story building. Have a resident manager, off-street parking in a lot, laundry facilities, community room, library. Office hours are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Total of 51 Rooms.
