OPEN WAITING LIST IS FOR 1 BEDROOM UNITS
Minimum Income 2X the monthly rent. Deposit 1X. Head of Household must be 62 years of age or older
Wheelchair accessible. Unit includes: Bath, Stove, Refrigerator. Amenities: On Lok Lifeways on site, 24 Frail Elder Units, Community lounge with warming kitchen, Service Coordinator provided by City of Fremont, 10 MHSA Units, Community Garden.
- There will be a stipend for the utilities: Water and garbage paid.
- Inquire regarding Credit Check.
- Section 8 Welcome.
