Rent 30% of income. No min. income. Deposit 1X rent.The waiting list for 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units will open March 4 to March 11, 2020. Applications must be returned in-person or by mail to 1212 Center Street, Oakland, CA 94607. Must be Age 62+ or 18 and above with a Mental Disability. Please call with name, address, and phone number to have application mailed to you or can be obtained at https://sahahomes.org/apply. Wheelchair OK. Units include stove, refrigerator, and carpeting. Coin operated laundry onsite. Off street parking available.
