Subsidized Housing for Families and Seniors. Income requirement is 30% to 55% of AMI. Wheelchair accessible. Deposit 1X the amount of rent. Wexford Way is a vibrant, mixed-use, mixed-income community. Units include: stove, refrigerator, washer/dryer included. A Community Center, a Childcare Center, active open space areas, and access to a regional trail along Alamo Creek. Non-Smoking Building.
