Building Description
There is a $20 nonrefundable application and credit check for each person over 18 years old living in the unit or cosigning. No specific income requirements. Accepts Section 8. May accept Vendor Pay. May work with previous evictions on a case by case basis. Deposit is $700.. May work with Rental Assistance Program (RAP). Units include: 1 bath, stove, refrigerator, built-in drawers, w/w carpet, shared yard, parking on the street. Water and Garbage are paid. Near Public Transportation. No Pets. Not wheelchair accessible.
