Building Description
1/8/2020 - PG; Email from BHA dated 12/9: We are managing the waitlist for project based. The waitlist is not open at this time and once it is depleted, we will no longer be handling. It is my understanding that once it is depleted, the apartment complexes that offer project based housing will be handling their own waitlists.
6/24/2019 - BHA does not own or manage any buildings. BHA has a long term contract with developers to have a certain number of PB units at their sites. BHA manages the PBWLs for the PB units (except for Harmon Gardens which is managing an on-site PBWL for emancipated youth) and BHA provides rental subsidy on behalf of the PB tenants.
