No credit check fee. No specific income requirements. Accepts cosigner. Will not work with previous evictions. Will work with Section 8. Will work with Vendor Pay. Deposit is $1300. Will work with Rental Assistance Programs (RAP). This single family house includes: 1 bathroom, front & backyard, stove, refrigerator, washer/ dryer hook-ups, and off street parking. Garbage is paid. This is not a Non-Smoking Unit. Near public transportation, schools, and shops. No pets.
