Building Description
Credit check fee is $40. Requires an income 2x amount of the rent. Accepts Section 8. Accepts Vendor Pay. Accepts cosigner. Will not work with previous evictions. Deposit is $1750. Will work with Rental Assistance Programs (RAP). Units include stove, refrigerator, w&d hook-up, garage, and street parking. Garbage is paid for. Near transportation, schools, and shops. No pets.
