Eligibility
- Head of household, spouse, or cohead of household must be age 62 years or older at the time of application. Applicants must also be Currently Homeless.
Paper applications available for pick up at 609 Oak Street, Oakland, CA 94607 at the following times:
- Weekdays during the Waiting List Opening
- 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
* Paper applications must be received at the address listed on the application by 5:00 PM on July 23, 2025.
