Applications are available for pick up at 609 Oak Street, Oakland, CA 94607 at the following times:
- Tuesday, October 25, 2022, 9am – 12 noon
- Monday, October 31, 2022, 1pm – 5pm
Paper applications must be mailed to the address listed on the application and must be postmarked by November 1, 2022 AND received by the manager’s office by 5:00 PM on November 8, 2022. A Lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. The top 60 applications will be placed on the waiting list for consideration. The 24-hour support phone line will open on October 25, 2022 at 9:00 AM and close on November 1, 2022 at 5:00 PM. Please call (844) 427-6431 for assistance and to request reasonable accomodations or email Merritt@sahahomes.org. Unit Includes: bath, stove, refrigerator. Amenities: community room with computer work stations; drop-in computer classes will be provided at no cost to residents, laundry facility onsite, meeting room for resident services, community garden, landscaped courtyard.
