Building Description
Deposit is 1X the amount of rent. Min. Inc. is 2.5X the amount of rent. Wheelchair accessible. WAIT LIST CLOSED. CALL FOR AVAILABILITY. Unit includes: Bath, Stove, Refrigerator, Assigned Parking, Bicycle Storage Areas, onsite Supportive Services such as Educational workshops, youth activities and community gatherings. Community room with a kitchen and a computer learning center. Laundry Rooms.
There are (4) Units designed for residents with mobility impairments and (3) Units for hearing/ vision impaired. Rent is 30% of Income. Persons with Disabilities are encouraged to apply and may be entitled to reasonable accommodations.
