Campbell Village Apartments is comprised of 18 one- and two-story buildings with 154 units.
Rent is 30% of Income/Dep. Inquire. No specific minimum income requirements. Maximum Income requirement is 80% of AMI. NOTE: that the maximum income limits are subject to change. ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS JANUARY 18, 2021 and TO BE COMPLETED by JANUARY 22, 2021 at 11:59pm PST TO ENTERED IN A LOTTERY. This is not a first-come, first-served process. You will be informed of your wait list position within 120 days. If you have a disability that prevents you from fully participating in this process and/or does not allow you to fill out an electronic pre-application, please call 510-649-5661 before Friday 4:00 PM, Jan 22, 2021. Eligibility for an affordable unit is determined by HUD and OHA guidelines. Unit includes: Fully equipped kitchen, Bath, Unit washer and dryer hookups. Professional onsite management, Community Center and Vegetable Garden, and Computer Center and Lunch Program. Some units are wheelchair accessible.
